Transparency is central to our practice. The following recognized projects were completed during my tenure with established firms prior to founding Waterfront Architect. Below details the specific scope of work contributed by Carol Bandy:

* Fish Camp Projects
Collaboration with Hammond Wilson Architects
Built the physical model based on Robert Hammond's design. Contributed significantly to Design Development and Permit Documents, and created the artwork for the AIA Award submissions.

** Corsica River Addition & Key School
Collaboration with Hammond Wilson Architects
Created the rendered site plan for the firm's AIA Award entry.

*** Overlook at Oxon Run
Collaboration with Wiencek + Associates Architects + Planners
Developed elevations and site plan. Contributed significantly to Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.
