We hired Carol to help us with plans to renovate a 90 year old house. She worked with us to refine what we wanted and came up with some great designs and ideas that we could never have imagined. We knew what we wanted, but that we would also have to do the work in stages. Carol was great at helping us divide up the work and making sure the Phase 1 plans did not conflict with anything in Phase 2. Carol and the Builder work well together and she is always available when we or they have questions. Our neighbors are already complimenting her work and they haven’t seen half of it, or the best parts, yet. We highly recommend her and her work.

My husband and I have been looking at creative ways to expand the living space of our home given the county’s footprint limitations. Carol has been amazing at helping us brainstorm ideas and possibilities to accommodate our lifestyle and growing family. She invests in getting to know not only our architectural preferences but also our daily space needs and priorities. Her ideas are fun, uniquely tailored to us, and sophisticated. As we move out of the brainstorming phase and into the planning phase, we will continue to rely on Carol to help us “take our home to the next level,” as she aptly puts it.

When we bought our home, the master suite was a nightmare! The spaces were awkward, there was a 2nd stair that connected the living room directly to the bed, and the master bathroom had an open shower and bench (no curtain or glass) - needless to say, it was not our style. Carol presented us with multiple options for the space (with and without the 2nd stair), and once the spaces were set, she designed the bathroom set-up, along with cabinetry and the laundry along with cabinetry. On top of that, when we removed the stairs, she was able to fit in an oversized linen closet and coffee nook (with refrigerator) on the 2nd floor and a wet bar on the main floor...all of which she designed. Carol had incredible insight into the project, was easy to work with and worked well with our contractor. Most importantly, we love the end-result. We would highly recommend Carol!
